Main Window

1. Playback Bar to quickly position the start playback point. The choices are: beginning of document, beginning of paragraph, beginning of sentence and beginning of line
2. "Spell for Accuracy and Rewind X Words" amount lever. It works in connection with the "Spell for Accuracy X" and "Rewind X" buttons
3. "Spell for Accuracy", to open the Dragon NaturallySpeaking® Spell window to make corrections and improve the Speech files of the dictating author for even higher accuracy
4. Style Bar to format the transcription
5. Transcription area

"Users/Authors" menu

The secretary (transcriptionist) uses these menus to:

1. Copy in his/her PC the Speech files of the author (user) that dictates the documents to be corrected, with the "Copy from User/Author" menu
2. Open or activate them, before correcting those documents, with "Open Users/Authors"
3. Copy them back to their original location, once the documents have been corrected and the "Speech files" of the dictating author improved within Transcription Aid®, with "Copy to User/Author".

"Edit" menu

Like in Microsoft Word®, Trascription Aid® is provided with amazing features for correction of transcriptions, as for instance:

1. Multilevel (unlimited) Undo and Redo of the last operation
   
2. Find and Replace transcription mistakes
   
3. Insert Graphic
