Sylvan Software Returns Policy

Sylvan Software offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all software programs on CD-Rom purchased directly from Sylvan Software, that do not include any hardware as part of the package. There are no refunds on downloaded software. We encourage you to take advantage of the demo before you make a download purchase. Be sure to check the system requirements and compatibility for the product you are ordering. Not all products are compatible with Word 2007 or Windows Vista at this time. Incorrect or insufficient addresses such as incorrect zip code, lack of Apt or Suite numbers etc. which result in additional UPS shipping charges for address corrections, will be billed to Customer. All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number. A 15% restock fee applies to all returned items or a minimum of $5.00 which ever is greater. Please call 1-800-235-9455 to request a Return Authorization by Phone.

No return on hardware items or packages that include a hardware item.
We warranty hardware items for 30 days against defects.

All returns must display the RMA# on the outside of the package.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid only during 30 days from the order date. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sylvan Software .

If you return Product to Sylvan Software without a RMA from Sylvan Software or beyond the 30 day period, or without proper packaging, Sylvan Software retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a larger restocking fee.

Sylvan Software processes orders Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff time is 12:00pm Mountain time for shipments and 2:00pm Mountain time for Download Passwords. If orders are placed by 12:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, then your order will be processed and shipped the same day as long as product is in stock.
