Sylcount®-II Upgrades

The ORIGINAL document line count program for medical transcriptionists. Sylcount® is the most popular and widely used line, character, word counting software utility on the market today. Sylcount®-II is a counting and logging program like you've never seen before! Sylcount®-II counts all the things you've been asking for! Saves time by counting your documents and documenting your counts. You tell Sylcount®-II how and what you want it to count. Simply select the files you want it to count. Count files in multiple directories and include them in your counting session. You tell Sylcount® II whether you want it to count lines, pages, characters, words, tabs, indents, headers, footers, hard returns, underlines, extended characters or spaces. You can define a line as a gross line, which means anything with "x" number of characters or more. You fill in what equals "x," e.g. 1, 2, 3 etc. The other option for counting a line is to have Sylcount® take the total number of characters in a document and divide by a number that you define, e.g. 60, 65, 70 etc.

You can save a different counting configurations with billing rates for each account and retrieve them again with the click of a button. Enter in your billing rate and Sylcount®-II will also compute your charges! Sylcount®-II creates two new kinds of log files. New document information feature lets you include patient name, report types, account names and more in your log file from the information field in your document. With our new merge file format you can fill in data in invoices you've created using the WordPerfect merge files capability or retrieve the file into a predefined spreadsheet.

**IMPORTANT**Upgrades are available only to customers who own an existing Sylcount® II. If you currently own Sylcount® II, you may upgrade (update) it to the current version of your product at any time. Network license (Multi-User) upgrades are also available.
