When to expect your order

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This e-mail will include your order confirmation number, order summary and other information that you might find helpful regarding your order. Once an order is shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail providing tracking information from UPS.

Sylvan Software processes orders Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff time is 1:00pm Mountain time for shipments and 2:00pm Mountain time for Download Passwords. If orders are placed by 1:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, then your order will be processed and shipped the same day as long as product is in stock. In some cases items not in stock will ship from another warehouse in which case the time table below will not apply. If orders are placed after 1:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday then your order will be processed and shipped the next business day as long as the product is in stock. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship for Saturday delivery unless a special request is made by calling us and arranging it ahead of time.

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible using the delivery method you chose. Once the order has left our warehouse it is up to UPS from that point on. If you ordered a Download we will send you your ID and Password for the software as soon as your order has been processed. Please be patient, orders are processed in the order they are received.

When to expect your package from UPS using different shipping methods

Next Day Air - Package will be delivered the next business day.

2nd Day Air - Package will be delivered in two business days.

Ground - Please consult the chart below for approximate delivery times. Remember only business days count. "Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving Day*
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve*
