Remarkably easy to use

• DropChute Pro helps you create icons to represent other people. You can give them free software that lets them exchange files with you (Dropchute Lite - not encrypted).
• To deliver files, you simply drop them on the person’s icon on the Windows desktop or in the convenient DropChute Pro Phonebook.
• Or right-click on files you want to send in any Windows folder (or in other applications’ Open or Save As dialogs) and select Send To.

DropChute Pro uses RSA Public Key Authentication and Symmetric Key Encryption to verify identities and ensure no one else can decipher data you’re exchanging. It sends data through a secure real-time connection. Unlike e-mail, files never rest on mail servers en route (where others might see them). And DropChute Pro automatically blocks out files infected with computer viruses.

Because DropChute Pro is built on Microsoft's Crypto API, it is able to use either RSA's 48 bit standard encryption or RSA's 128 bit strong encryption.

Internet Rendezvous

Internet Rendezvous™ is a revolutionary new feature that saves long distance charges by letting you connect through the Internet even to people who access the Internet by modem and aren’t presently online.

When they’re not online, they can leave DropChute Pro set up to accept direct-dialed modem calls. You can just connect to them by modem, if you like. Or use Internet Rendezvous. Your PC connects to theirs by modem for a few seconds, then both PCs automatically hang up and reconnect with one another through the Internet. It’s safe, secure, and hands-free.

DropChute Pro establishes a real-time connection between PCs to exchange files, and you can interact with each other while your PCs are connected.
